Leave a message with your contact information and our case manager/licensed counselor will respond within 48 hours. If needed, the counselor will schedule up to eight sessions with a provider in your area or via telehealth.

Once you’ve spoken with our licensed case manager via the guide helpline, you may be referred to cost-free and confidential counseling with a therapist who ‘gets’ the guiding life. In many cases, you can have your first appointment within ten days.
